Create micro goals instead – and not all at once (too overwhelming)
We have all, at one time or another, made a New Year’s resolution or two and did our best to stick to it…and maybe did for a couple of months…and then reneged and ended up feeling bad about it. I say – who needs it! Instead create little micro goals and feel a sense of accomplishment. Reach the micro goal, rinse and repeat – then you can feel good about yourself all year long.
To get started – every night before you go to bed, write down something you want to accomplish the next day.
